We administer all required DOT reporting for drug and alcohol testing compliance.

Kelly Kirwan leads the team at Secure Health Partners. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas, Austin, and is a Texas CPA and Longhorn. Prior to starting Secure Health Partners, Kelly worked in safety sensitive industries understanding that the safety and health of employees, management, and the community are tantamount to creating a socially responsible entity.
